As we grow, we will continue to give to others. We are a for-profit company giving back whole-heartedly. That means:
A percentage of our time will always be allotted to pro bono work
A portion of our profits will be used to help improve the lives of women locally by establishing a non-profit organization providing career training and employment services for economically disadvantaged women.
We will seek to employ others who need work. As long as there is a demand for grant writers and nonprofit consultants, we will work to build our client base and offer work to as many employees as we can productively support.
