Genesis Strategies was established in 2009 in Marble Falls, Texas by Sarah Collard, Lucy Murphy, and Maria Murray. 
 
We are a for-profit firm operating with a non-profit mindset. One of our main reasons to reach for success is so we can hire other smart, capable women and men who want to put their families first while they work in a meaningful career.
 
We have been blessed with a God-given team working in concert to collectively put our clients' needs first, while individually putting our families first.
 
As we grow, our aim is to do well and do good, just as our non-profit clients do.  We look forward to filling up an entire page with the ways we give back to others as time goes by.

Our team brings the right experience to the table. We have over 30 years of collective professional work experience. 

 

We have extensive grant-writing and fundraising experience, and long-term work in nonprofit board development and capacity building.

 

In addition to nonprofit career work, our team members have backgrounds in project management, corporate education and training, bookkeeping, and event planning and management.  

 

We have successfully written grant proposals for federal, state, and foundation funding. We have partnered with organizations in healthcare, human services, children's support organizations, and the performing arts.
